Is Sanjay Dutt's sentence a setback for the entertainment industry?
definitely the answer to this trivial has to be sound YES !! He has seriously made a great name for himself and over the past few years has been part of some of the biggest hits bollywood has ever seen .the entertainment industry is definitely going to miss one of its biggest assets .
but having said that he had it coming ,and the judiciary (although was quite slow in making the judgement) has made the right decision and once again proving that from the Indian Law's point of view every individual is the same and it doesn't matter if he is a filmstar or a small local resident !!

The decision of the court is right, whether the industry gets affected or not. Everyone in equal in the eyes of the law. A decision of this sort is a warning to all and sundry that no one is superior before the law. It is only the affection of the public currently(after a number of image-building movies like the Munnabhai series) that such a question has arisen in their minds.
The court and the judicial system has set an example that no mater how important a celebrity one is...he will be brought to books.
