Sanjay Dutt is Just an Entertainer. His Absence will not affect Bollywood a all. Yes ,Some directors who have signed him may face some loss.
Here, if not Sanjay Dutt, there r man other Production waiting for release.. So the SHOW MUST GO ON. May b now we may not see him in movies if he is ordered to 6 yar sentence by SC.

Absolutely not.First point is that justice has been given to one of the high profile peoples in India and secondly,all are equal before the eyes of law.Even more,Entertainment industry is nt solely dependant on Sanjay Dutt.Moreover,Sanjay Dutt can still act after 6 yrs.So this is moreover like a break for him rather than an end of his career.

I'ts good to see that the law is similar to all........... even if one is a good top celebrity..........
Atlast Sanjay Dutt got imprisonment .........
He deserves it for wht he did 14 yrs ago............. sensible decision by Judge !!!
moreover, it's good that govt. has rejected its probation plea for getting bail..........
If u talk abt bollywood industry, there is so much talent there like Big B, Aamir, etc. and nothing matters if one actor like munnabhai is not there for 6 years..............as a actor, Snajay Dutt shud continue aftr 6 years.......... obviously some loss will be there for producers who invested their amount in Snajay Dutt for coming films..........

No, the sentence is not a setback for the entertainment industry. But is surely a warning to all the celebrity that how strong would be the image, there is no bar from crime in indian justice. Great work done by our judicial system.
There could be some loss for the forthcoming releases, but no worries as the industry as never stopped at any landmark. It is on the move for growth and is going to grow in a more pace with this economic beneficial conditions.

i am very happy that sunjay dutt got punished . beacause i think more than a filmy hero our society needs real hero like - adv Ujjwal nikam .
Ans as such absence of sanjay dutt will not affect the film industry at all.on the other hand if court were to accept his probation plea for getting bail then it would have given wrong message to the society

i think wat ever the decision is made by court it was correct.by giving this kind of a decision the court has set an eg. before the public tht no one is superior before the law.i also have some of affection with baba but baba has b'com eg. for every one. if any one want to comment on my reply then plz most welcome.

I am bhavesh, and about the sanjay dutt's case i think the judement was fair, coz one person who just took AK56 from the car and droped at sanjay's home and u know he got lifetime impressionment.
So, sanjay only got 6 yrs impressionment, so i think that is fair enough, coz its not allowed to keep ak56 rifle at home,
And we all know that he is a good person, and even the judge of the court said that.

d judicial system shudnt let him go jus coz he is famous.....
neither shud he b penalised more coz they wanna boast abt d judicial system...

According to my perspective the decision made was very correct it is alarm for big personalities that they will not be spared for any crime they do because indian judicial system is same for all people .....
Actually this is a good precedent for "Celebrities" who take law in hands. But this judegment looks a bit harsh on him. I think he will soon be out because of his "good behaviour"

I think Sanjay Dutt has been made a scapegoat for nuthing. Its not that on seeing him convicted for 6 years, every single person in India possessing an AK-56 or any other ammunition will stop doing so. He is not the only one who had illegal weapons. Most of the politicans' families have illegal ammunition, police knows it, but cant do anything about them. Even if someone thinks of turning it in, police will take him to task for 'possessing a weapon'. If, like Sanjay Dutt, he tries to dispose it off & police finds out about it, he'll be charged with not only 'possession' but also with 'destruction of evidence'.
Sentencing Sanjay doesnt mean that others wouldn't be charged for weapons, they still will be, how do u think it is possible for people to step forward and surrender?

i completely agree with u Gaurav
some people are think court was harsh to sanjay dutt but what about those innocent people who were killed in the bomblast ? and what about those people who lost their relatives? what was their mistake? i think we should first think about them .
hence the decision made by court was 100% correct
