Is Rahul Gandhi a good politician and a good leader?

Rahul Gandhi as everyone already knows has become the youth icon of India with a fan following for his flamboyant personality.

He's done crazy things like travelling in the local train when he was challenged by Raj Thakeray and meeting the junta in person while giving speeches.

So are these just crazy stunts to get the junta in confidence or is it that he really wants to do something good for the country?

Hon' Prime Minister in a statement said that he would happily give his seat to Rahul Gandhi if asked for but I'm not sure if that is in the countries interest as proved in the past.

What does the youth think about Rahul Gandhi for PM? Is he a good leader and a good politician or is he just another farce?
 
he is a good leader as his Family background consist of all the great leader..hes not a brash youngster ..hes a responsible leader who knows the sufferings of people..he should not be a pm but he should be in his cabinet
