I think an MBA degree is definitely important. But, most important of all is your performance at your workplace. You may have a huge list of degrees behind your name, but in the end your performance matters.
yes ,there is no full stops for MBA...MBA is the course that give the knowledge about statistics, economics, business environment etc.tht really helps a people to understand what is present business scenario & condition of the area
It is a good start, but you can't fly a plane by just reading a book...
How one reacts to various real life situations depends on how one has molded all aspects of their life.
There are no short cuts in life....If you jump the red signal once and have not met with an accident does not mean that jumping the signal makes you move faster always......
MBA is a tool .. how you use the tool to craft out the sculpture of business is another story......
Yes, I believe so... But if you have some experience and then you decide to take on MBA, it would be more beneficial as it would give you the corporate perspective.
I believe this is a common question in every body mind today .....the answer is yes and no..... let me tell you my exp i have a 10 years of exp in my life... iam a postgraduate biochemist and joined a sales job in 2001.... right now i have started my own company... during the past 10 years many of them have advised me to do an MBA.... they told me my life will be more secure as most of the companies prefer MBAs @ higher levels.... but you know why companies recruit MBAs ... because MBA is a modern economic study... it practically deals with the current industrial scenario... so they give minimum 1.5 years of experience to a MBA fresher during interview..... but if you meet up a MBA student and interview him he more or less look like a BA.... the reason he had no objective when he took MBA....
My advice is MBA must be done with specific objectives... it should corelate to your impregnated skill sets so the individual can be successfull.
MBA degree provides the means to cross the threshold, it adds alot if it is from a reputed institute, thereafter is a series of specialization courses. In top notch companies even the entry level is restricted to grade I institution pass outs only.
Yes, it is a preferred degree. However the underlying reason which defines this preference is what makes all the difference. People make this degree synonymous to money, corporate jobs etc. And the true essence of this study is lost among the people with sheep herd mentality..
How many people enjoy learning this course without caring for a good salary????
