Is it true that Managerial skills learnt from classroom can never match those learnt

Managerial skills learnt from classroom can match with those learnt from experience.. what do you say?

Hi there,
Its true a very great extents.
Like what our parents warn about Jumping or mischief at our young age and yet we do it and than only learn it . I think Classroom Virtues also go in the same lane of eor and learn but in this process we are more cautious to not harm our self much
