The above said topic got it's inspiration from the previous thread started by shrenikgolecha. As I was searching for some articles for my review of lit I happen 2 see d shrenikgolecha thread and then one of my prof words came to my mind..

He said.. " I gave my project report 2 d interviewer and after getting it he said BUNDLE OF WASTE PAPERS.... "

Leave alone his experience, tell me honestly does a recruiter recruits a person solely because of his EXCELLENT PROJECT WORK or any other aspect wid regard 2 his project ??? If at all he raises some questions regarding d project it will be jus 2 test d candidates knowledge about his project work or to test further his communication flow. These anwers can be delivered by anyone who s good at build-ups.

Group Projects suck since not everyone in the group is of the same ability hence some ppl work harder and better viz-aviz others.. the real learning becomes ability to work in a group rather than the project. Individual projects, if done seriously, do offer us a deeper insight in the project problem....

i wonot say it is slogging or fun... it all depends on how we take it... for some it is prolem..for a few it is opportunity.... it goes like dat...

ya... it works 4 evry1.....................................................................................................................................................

Of course u learn a lot out of it!!! and its fun to meet different ppl if you are doing an HR or marketing projects :)
