Is it a good idea to legalize marijuana

"Cannabis, also known as marijuana, and ganja, refers to any number of preparations of the Cannabis plant intended for use as a psychoactive drug. Cannabis used medically does have several well-documented beneficial effects. Among these are: the amelioration of nausea and vomiting, stimulation of hunger in chemotherapy and AIDS patients, lowered intraocular eye pressure, as well as general analgesic effects (pain reliever)."
Does the above fact is alone justifiable to legalize marijuana ?
Ethically speaking smoking marijuana is dangerous to health and is regarded as bad thing. The worst effects of ganja is that it effects heart, chances of cancer,distorted perception, other health effects.
Although there lies a positive side to this plant remedial measure but its negative effects are the worst listing. Hence legalising marijuana is obviously not a good thought . Is it?
 
from ancient times it is considered ass a medicine among communities of supernatural believers rrather than a drug... & what about the feasible data of 3400% more deaths caused by industrial wastes in compare to deaths caused by marijuana...

It is not a good move at all to legalize marijuana. The attacking effects of marijuana is most awful than the useful things from it.
If this came into effect, it will affect the society very badly.

No.. its bad idea.. It may make you look lazy and apathetic, it causes short term memory loss. It is bad for lungs as smokers tend to keep smoke in for as long as they can to to get the full effect. You certainely might get into trouble..
