Is IPL player auction fixed?

News channel, CNN-IBN, claimed that the players’ auction of the Indian Premier League (IPL) was fixed.

The channel claimed to have accessed e-mails between former IPL commissioner, Lalit Modi, and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) owner, N Srinivasan, that proved that the two colluded to help CSK bag Andrew Flintoff in the 2009 auctions.

Is this rumor true or is the issue being pooped up for the popularity purpose or for any other reason?

What do you think? Do you think rally the auction was planned?

if it is true, i will not be surprised. we all know that the IPL is a scam-bag which was started opening by media but somehow (may be because of involvement of political persons) the issue was sudenly put at rest.

lets see what is ahead......
