Is IGNOU MCA Difficult

Indira Gandhi National Open University is one of its kinds which are updated and comprehensive. The university holds the reputation of being tough in its approach from the entrance examination to the course study. IGNOU MCA course is post graduate computer application but correspondence course which is highly technical in nature. The university focuses more on practical training than theory which reflects in the question papers. This leads to make the students find the IGNOU MCA quite difficult. Due to affiliate program, the IGNOU students are always considered as second choice during employment opportunities.

IGNOU MCA is mainly divided into 6 semesters and each semester is of 6 months. The syllabus is related with practical and theory subjects. The 5th and the 6th semester have 1 year complete project. Students who completed their BCA course from IGNOU can get 1 year exemption into this and direct admission into MCA 2nd year. However, despite the course material provided by IGNOU, the course is difficult for many due to improper courseware. The faculties at the study centers are blamed to be not qualified to teach MCA. The university by many students is often blamed for being commercial with many managerial loop holes. This has caused frequent hikes in the fees of many courses including MCA.

The management structure of the university is the fundamental to function various aspects. Perhaps, IGNOU MCA students are frustrated due to poor results. The paper checking pattern is not described ever due to which many students have flunked in MCA. Companies are also not hiring IGNOU Mca pass outs because of poor performance of some top scorers in earlier education.
