is college what it used to be

i feel kids these days are just going to college to get the degree and not taking the time to actually appreciate the knowledge getting passed their way? ANy thoughts?

well, i partially agree to you. there are some students who went to college only for sake of degree.but some students actually go there to learn something.

This happens to many students who are only interested in degree but this may be who are rich and know that after having degree they can start any business from the money of their father. But still there are so many student who really study hard and gt theoretical along with practical knowledge and achieve job.
