INTRODUCTION OF LEADERSHIP

The word leadership can refer to:

1. Those entities that perform one or more acts of leading.

2. The ability to affect human behavior so as to accomplish a mission.

3. Influencing a group of people to move towards its goal setting or goal
achievement.

Leadership has a formal aspect (as in most political or business leadership) or an informal one (as in most friendships). Speaking of "leadership" (the abstract term) rather than of "leading" (the action) usually it implies that the entities doing the leading have some "leadership skills" or competencies.

Sunanda, from my point of view leadership is the born skill which a person get naturally from the birth and sharpen it with the time. I am uploading a document where you can learn more about it. A person with leadership quality lead many peoples or projects whether it is political or non political.
