Introduction letter for my new trading company

Hi guys ,

This is Prasanna Kumar . I'm Starting a new trading cum exports in the name of "Prabhav Exim" where i do trading and give solutions for my clients .

For this , I do mailing to many client but not that much response. So , i thought i could send a nice introduction letter about my concern and asking them for my requirements.

Cpld anyone suggest me any nice introduction letter which would help me .
