Title of project, Name of student, College Roll No., Exam Roll No. and signature of student 2. Signed statement that work is original and done by the student. 3. Acknowledgements with photocopy of visiting cards / letters/ proof of persons contacted if any. 4. Table of contents 5. Introduction with reason for choosing the project. 6. Scope of work and methodology 7. Literature survey (Past work in journals etc. in this area that you referred to) 8. Analysis and observations 9. Conclusions and recommendations if any 10. Source of tables/ data/ information etc. must be acknowledged on the page where used, and footnotes given where required. 11. References (Photocopies/soft copies to be given to guide for verification) 12. Appendices if any. 13. All questionnaires if used, and a CD / physical copies of all raw data (whether taken from prowess or internet etc), excel sheet/SPSS inputs and output sheets with formulae showing calculations, etc to be given to guide for verification of work done. 14. The copyright for work done will belong to the student and project guide. No extra marks for fancy binding, simple files are acceptable. Evaluation is based on the content of the report (35) and power point presentation/viva (25). Presentation/Viva You will be given 8-10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Please ensure that your presentations are installed and working BEFORE the date of the viva. Presentations will be according to exam roll no and no changes will be permitted in the order of presentations. Since time is limited concentrate on presenting your work. Theory has already been read by the examiners in the written report. Be very clear about all terms used by you and interpretation of your results.
