International Marketing: Product Failure....Help!

hi all...i need some information on an indian product which has been successful abroad and an indian product which has failed miserably abroad(solely due to marketing reasons)....or an international product which has failed miserably in India(again....solely due to marketing reasons)

Need help urgently!!
