Kritva is the annual management and cultural festival held by the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. Kritva means 'to do' and this embodies the spirit of our fest. It is our attempt to provide a platform for future managers to voice their opinions and garner their thoughts through a plethora of events including case studies, management games, role-plays, a business quiz etc.

Over the years, students from eminent B-schools across the country including the IIMs, SPJIMR, XLRI, FMS, MDI etc. have participated in the various events held at Kritva.

Last year, Kritva was held over 2 days, and was a massive success. This year we have decided to take it a step further, and make it a 3 day event, scheduled to be held on the 29th, 30th and 31st of October. More people, more events, much more 'to do'...

The chief guest for the event this year is Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia and also other eminent personalities would be present during the event.

Two NGO's, Swashrit and Smile Foundation will also be involved with the event as the event also has a social cause.

All other details can be gathered from the website Welcome to Kritva '09 @ International Management Institute, New Delhi

Kritva would include games in various verticals of management like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations etc. which would test the participants in real life management related scenarios to check their competence in analyzing and decision making.

The kind of events that are being conducted this year, in addition to the case studies, paper presentations and other management events:

• A Rock Nite, featuring one of the top bands in India today, in conjunction with a Rock Competition, inviting participation not just from B-schools, but major graduate colleges from Delhi and across India. The lineup for this night also includes MotherJane and Undersiege featuring Decibel.

Business Simulation games cutting across all verticals.
