Job Description: Business Development - Inside Sales
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Make out bound calls with the database provided
. The role focuses around business solutions so the idea is to primarily start building
relationships with your clients and then fix up appointments and sell various
products depending upon their business needs.
. You will be speaking to Director level contacts - at both SMEs and Blue Chips.
. The approach to sell will be very consultative - this is not a hard core cold calling role.
You will be expected to develop business but the focus is on quality of call NOT quantity.
. Maintain proper records of all response received.
. Monitor and keep track of the calls made by you.
. Retrieve and accurately relay information when requested regarding an appointment
fixed.
. Notify any problems faced while or when calls are made that may affect your
productivity.
. Answer in bound calls and provide requested information.
. Refer all or unanswerable technical questions to the proper/concerned person.
Key Skills: Telemarketing, Software Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, Cold Calling,Business Communication, Client Coordination
Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years experience in B2B telesales with exposure to selling IT products/services.
Timings: US Day Light Timing (Night Shift)
