These surveys are neither accurate nor exhaustive.
For example, you won't find IIM, Bangalore or its salaries in any survey,as they not participating in any survey.
again, you find IIM KOZHI above IIM L , ask any iim student ( even of IIM-K) if it is so. jaman lal bajaj is nowhere again they don't participate.
so take care while selecting your school

in this list a lot of bad/ not so good collages are rated as A or B+ ????
