Do you think that our Indias Judiciary system and efficient and fool proof? What are the pitfalls and how can we make it better?

The former Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India S. P. Bharucha had suggested that up to 20 per cent of judges in India were corrupt.But this is applicable to the judiciary system of the country as a whole from lower courts.Is it true that the judges of Supreme court and High Courts of India are also corrupt.

We have a live example of Kasab ....Even after 2 years Indian Judiciary system has done nothing...to punish...
