indian mkt vs westrn mkt

I think Indian markets have much more jobs than westren market the thing which is against us is us is our big population and secondly there are jobs in a market but there is lack of skilled person for that job. We have large number of opportunities but we lack properly skilled work force. Another reason for that is most of the people today also want to go for government jobs and they don't take benefits of jobs in private sector.
In India we have large number of openings in IT sector, Service Sector and F.M.C.G sectors specially in marketing.
In case if western market there is no competition for jobs as their population is less their education system is good and most imp they utilize every job opportunity which is not in India.
