A lot of speculation have surrounded and with that myriads of negativity. Well, for Virat it will be first match as a full-time captain, after Mahendra Singh Dhoni suddenly retired during Australia tour. However, test matches against Australia went too bad, it seems like Virat and Co, are gearing up to make up for that defeat by beating Bangladesh in their short-series against Bangladesh starts from June 10 . But, it won’t be easy for India, to beat Bangladesh, because Bangladesh has got the momentum and creating history after exceptional win over Pakistan.

It would be very interesting to see how the aggressive Virat manage his team on field but, it looks like they are confident and ready to face this challenge. “We had issues in the past but we have moved ahead. The World Cup is over and we have played a lot of cricket since then. So I don’t think there will be any lingering memory of those incidents,” said Kohli during a pre-departure press conference, at the Eden Gardens. “We are going there to play and win a Test match and that’s our primary focus. There won’t be any grudges or ill feelings about the opposition. It’s pure and simple professionalism,” Virat Kohli added. Team Director Ravi Shastri supported his captain, by saying, “We respect every opponent, including Bangladesh and we are confident of putting up a good show against them.”When he was asked about what will be his approach and tactics, Focus will be on winning matches. “We learn everyday but it is not enough. I don’t think we need to play with a mindset of playing to learn. We have played long enough now, we know what we want to achieve as a unit. We will play to win every game,” said Kohli

Well, this confidence and attitude will definitely uplift the performance of the players and backing of Harbhajan Singh will be the cataract and backbone of the team.
