This is the end of 34 years of isolation after Pokhran test in 1974.India will be to trade nuclear material with the 45 nations.India is the only one country which will be able to trade without signing NPT,CTBT.India has matched with the super powers like US, UK, France, Germany, not only for fissile material but for technology that can be used in space, IT, Pharma. China though in the BRIC country, in the last minute it was a hurdle to us.At the end it nodded after NSG consensus by all the countries.
Pranav Mukherjee,Shiv Shankar Menon, Shyam Saran has done a gr8 job by convincing all the 45 countries in vienna. It was 76 hrs of brain storming,Braeth taking session. 6 countries are aginst
