IIM's and IIT's encourage only brain drain.

As we have seen the trend mostle IIT and IIM graduate tends to go abroad or get a job in abroad and they start working for them. These people are some finest mind of India which are helping other nation inspite of being an Indian and studied and taken knowledge from India. Is IIT and IIM a gate to brain drain?? Why maximum students of IIT and IIM goes abroad and why are they not working in India???
 
Any IIT or IIM graduate here??
If yes please share your experience and give the reason why this brain drain happens???
 
I don't think so, But if it is really so, Indian companies should really make their standard equal to the foreign MNC's .If that becomes so, I am sure India would no more face the problem of brain drain ever!!!
