IIMA ConneXion 2011, an annual event hosted by the IIMA PGPX batch to promote industry interaction with the academic community, is scheduled on the 4th and 5th of November. It is a platform that brings together eminent business personalities and thought leaders to debate contemporary issues faced by public policy makers and corporates. A distinguished panel of speakers comprising over 15 CEOs and Industry leaders, will debate and present their views on issues spread ranging from addressing inclusive growth opportunities, promotion of green technologies, challenges faced by young entrepreneurs and challenges for marketing innovations. Its charter is to provide a platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase the robustness of their business ideas and hone their business planning skills. Started in 2011, the competition has received fabulous response from across the world. The event is sponsored by Emerson and the winners will receive cash prizes along with an option to explore mentorship possibilities with the IIMA Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE).
