Eminent management professionals, leaders from various fields and students from all corners of the country converge on the City of the Nawabs to compete in various trend-setting competitions, collaborate on the next big thing and celebrate management as a discipline. Spread across four major verticals -Management Events, Leaders Express, CSR Initiatives and Beyond Business, Manfest is unpretentious in its quest to offer something for everyone.
About ‘On The Spot’ Events:
‘On The Spot’, or OTS at Manfest offers quality competitions and expert-driven workshops. OTS will test your strategy, marketing, operations and presentation skills with a full suite of events designed to blend learning and fun. OTS also brings you entry-level workshops on entrepreneurship and commodity trading, designed to accommodate both UG and PG students.
Startups, commodities markets, impromptu contests - it’s all happening at Manfest 2012. OTS events have unrestricted spot-participation (NO pre-registration, NO college-based restrictions). So come over to Manfest this January, to compete, learn and have fun with students from every discipline under the sun. The well-rounded weekend will also feature a stand-up comedy act, a Goldspot concert on Saturday night and a Bollywood Nite on Sunday.

About Young Leaders Program:
The Young Leaders Program (YLP) is a 3-day multi-dimensional workshop to identify and groom future leaders. YLP brings together some of India’s best undergraduate and business students to compete, learn, network and have fun at the picturesque IIM Lucknow campus.
YLP comprises skill-building workshops in diverse, relevant fields from entrepreneurship to commodity trading. It also includes 6 power-packed competitions with prize money worth Rs. 1,55,000, in areas ranging from communications to carbon trading. This includes the SBI BizQuiz by Joy Bhattacharya (CEO Kolkata Knight Riders, former SVP, National Geographic Channel, former Head of Production, ESPN). It is also a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with inspiring leaders like Mr. Ronnie Screwvala (Founder and CEO, UTV), Ms. Shyamala Gopinath (Former Dy. Governor, RBI), Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan (ex-CEO, Infosys) and Mr. Lakshmi Narayanan (VC and ex-CEO, Cognizant) among others.
YLP is designed to help participants assess their full potential, plan their future, interact with some of the brightest students in the world and get inspired by thought leaders from diverse fields. YLP is open to select Indian UG and PG colleges. Certificates will be awarded to all participants.
