I need help for Proj.......(Corporate Governance)

:bigsmile: I m 5 Sem TYBMS Student and require some help on the topic Corpoarte Governance.
Actually I have to collect the Ratios and shareholding pattern of the 2 banks(ICICI & HDFC) and i hv to compare them both...
So i need ur help. If u can do tht then i will b very much tankfull to u.......

well kartik......im in constant touch with jimmy.........i only told him to post here......so he could get more help......
 
man, how will comparing shareholding pattern of the company will help you achieve something on Corporate Governance........set a company as a benchmark....which will act as Base com.

Start collecting the data about the companies, not restricting yourself to only 2 of them....and that too banking sector..........check out Bpo's etc.....
 
thnx pratik watever u told was truth but my guide has told me to do the comparison so i was just foll him. but if u hv any more new ideas then u can pls suggest me ok bye tc. thnx a lot........

i duno wht happened..........but u can find my project ........just go in advance search section...and type in " PROJECT ON CORPORATE GOVENANCE" .......AND POST BY "MAXDROIT".........U WILL BE DIRECTED TO MY PROJECT........IM SORY.....BUT DUNNO WHT HAPPND........
 
Hey even I am preparing a 100mks project on Corporate governance so we can work together...
I need you all people's help inorder to complete the project, please help me.
