I can invest in HDFC SIP ? Please help me----URGENTLY :SugarwareZ-064:

My Dad get Personal Loan from HDFC Bank before 3 years ago. Last 6 months my dad cannot paid EMI's; Because of some Financial & Family problems & my dad cannot paid this payment in future.
I planning for invest monthly Rs.1000 in HDFC Mutual Fund for five years. After Five Years when i withdraw my money then HDFC Mutual Fund can stop my payment ? Because of my dad cannot paid that HDFC Personal Loan Payment. Please healp me.....URGENTLY. Best Answers :- 10 Points.
 
HDFC home loan and HDFC mutual fund are separate entities, which means that your payment will not be stopped unless you wish to opt for the offset clause where you state that income generated from mutual fund could be offset against your dues.
