Hurdles faced to get a job

Dear Friends, Among 100, 99 of the people are facing many hurdles to get a job.

Why this is so?
Are we not capable to get a job?
Are we lacking something?

These are some of the questions which arises in everyone's mind, but don't know whom we should share with. So, Let us all try to share the hurdles and possible solutions for the same amongst ourselves and see whether we can solve it with the help of this thread or not.

Post your hurdles and solutions to others issue and let us throw the fear of interview from ourselves.
 
Hey Sai, nice post..it will be helpful for lots of job seekers out there..I can say mostly Indian teaching is bookish typo and even Post graduates found out to be having lack of practical knowledge and common sense.Hence I think while doing MBA we should target for more and more internships and part time jobs with case study based education to improve employability of freshers.
 
Hey Ishan, Thank for your active participation in this thread. Well, you quoted right that we should look positively about the internships and part time jobs. People can gain confidence by themselves by exploring themselves in front of the world. As, many of the MNC's come for campus placements and 90%u0025 of the people can't fit for the requirements. This is not because we are lacking something or doesn't fit into requirements of the company, it is because we confuse ourselves for what should we opt for and what should not. 99% of the people never set thier goals and if they do so, they don't dedicate themselves for their goals. Thus, we should know this and avoid to get better opportunities in future.
 
Hey Ishan, Thanks for your active participation in this thread. Well you said right that we should concentrate more on internships and Part time jobs. This will help us to explore ourselves in front of the world. All of us apply for the companies which comes for campus placements but few of us get employment. This is not because we are lacking something or doesn't fit for their requirements, but this is because we are confused and we keep on confusing ourselves. The reason behind this is we all have goals, but setting up goals and complete dedication towards our goals are two different things. Thus setting up a goal and dedicating ourselves towards it gives success in future.
 
There may be many reasons. In the world of high level competition candidate should need to be prepare at that level. Most of the candidate have got the theoretical knowledge and they do not have practical knowledge which can b main cause of the getting failure. You have to be all smart as well as intelligent.
