I am also doing my project on employee attrition. can anyone help me by providing some material on "employee attrition".:SugarwareZ-146:
 
Hi can anyone help me out to which kind of employee i can collect the questionnaire on the topic retention. I am doing my project in an leading IT company. Plz help me out, i am not getting the proper datas from the company as it is confidential. So which type of questionnaire i can prepare and to which type of employees i can cocentrate.

well no company will give it

u need to mention in ur report general things and ya secondly concentrate on middle and lower level employees as the attrition rates are high at that level as per my knowledge

the high employee turnover rates is one big problem faced by many IT cos. today.....this project is all about this attrition rate among employees...

good subject.suggest more titles on which reliable survey can be made across the different levels of an organization.
