Hello Everybody,
Am Ravichandran working as recriuter with chennai based IT company...here is wat i found with clickjobs.com and thought of sharing this piece info with recruiters like me, a chance for employers to veiw as many as resumes they want to, and pay only for the correct one which needs to be contacted. It definetly sounds an amazing idea to me.... to pay for the correct contact. Hope this helps.....
