HR in call centers

I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST U DAT IF POSSIBLE GO AT A CALL CENTER OR SAY ASK ANY OF UR FREINDS WHO R IN TOUCH WID ANY CALL CENTER TRAINEE COZ RATHER THAN GNG FOR THEORIES ITS ALWAYS BETTER TO SEE AND UNDERSTAND THINGS PRACTICALLY..OKIE..AFTER ALL ITS UR 100 MARKS PROJECT.
