Let me tell you this case isnt simple neither complicated but it needs a solution to it, i you either aspire to be an entrepreneur OR if you are an Entrepreneur you can rather give it a shot to answer if you think you are competent enough to answer it.

okays then here we go...


10 years ago an man who had completed his HSC started a firm with around 50 employees working with him, there were no systematic interviewing process neither were they appointed checking out their qualifications or so.............

now recently his son who has completed his MBA in HR wants to expands his fathers business and wants to hire qualified staff for his firm and is hence planning to layoff the existing staff...........the existing staff approaches the union to safeguard their income source and their jobs......they dont want to let go off their jobs >>>>>>>>>>>>>

In such situation what is an adequate step the HRM manager should take to solve this situation ??
