how to use celibrities in ads

Hi.. i have to submit a project on a hypothesis statement for marketing.. have choosen - celebrities make ads successful.. need its pros n cons.. your above project would help.. kindly send it to me..
 
seems he 4got to upload the project...start with hw celebrity endrosement began..why celebriies are used..hw thier image is gelled with the brand or the product..giv some example..
