The best way to stablise the country is to educate every section of the society, and not just academic education...but to make them constructive graduates! so that a person can comprehend the evil plans and the double meanings of the leaders, riots need a spark(leader) to instigate..
so if the people can reason the pros and cons of the promises made by the one at the podium, then i guess we could expect a change in the thinking levels. Education and development are the two basic pillars which can help us, every citizen should feel important in India..
