How much BMS important ?

In current market my senior told me as passing there TYBMS they told me as in job market many Recurtment agency or HR peple dont know about what is BMS then how to they judge the people for parfect job

don't worry there are always jobs for all the discipline in any industry .. it doesn't matter u r specialized in what field... the think which matters the most is in INDUSTRY what kind of role r u ready to play for (multi tasking/flexible)???? ... & for how much ???
If u have answer for both then u r doing the right thing .. or else pull up ur socks u r in trouble
