Natascha Jacobovits de Szeged is a Partner with Egon Zehnder and leads the firm’s global Digital segment.
Egon Zehnder is a trusted-talent advisor to many of the world’s largest companies, as well as start-ups, small
and mid-sized organisations. Natascha has supported clients who want to disrupt their traditional business
models as well as the “disrupters” themselves. Within Asia, Natascha advises broader technology and media
companies and serves clients in retail and hospitality.
Natascha joined Egon Zehnder in 2006 following an earlier career in strategy consulting and early stage
venture capital in the online space. She is a Dutch national, born in Malaysia, grew up in London and the
Netherlands, studied in Canada, worked across Europe and Asia Pacific and relocated with the firm from
Amsterdam to Hong Kong with her husband and two boys in 2013.

Rob Jesudason is the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s (CBA) Group Executive, International Financial
Services. He is responsible for managing the Group’s offshore growth in retail and commercial banking, digital
banking and life insurance in China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and South Africa.
Prior to CBA, Rob was most recently with Credit Suisse where he was Head of Global Emerging Markets within
the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) investment banking practice, based in Hong Kong.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Rob worked at J.P. Morgan, where he was a Managing Director in the Asian special
situations group responsible for investments in financial services, and at Barclays as Global Head of Corporate
Development. Earlier in his career, Rob worked at GE Capital and was also an Associate Principal in McKinsey’s
Corporate Finance and Strategy practice. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial and Administrative
Studies from the University of Aston in Birmingham, UK.

Steve Monaghan is accountable for AIA’s group innovation agenda.
Originally a commercial pilot, Steve has held a number of senior corporate and banking roles and has worked
for leading corporations and financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has specialised in introducing
new business models, businesses and products to all major markets in Asia and has filed 6 patents.
Steve was on the start-up team for Dell Computer, introducing Dell’s consumer business to Asia. In banking,
Steve developed and patented the first mobile payments platform for Citigroup, developed a Consumer
Finance Division for OCBC and led the retail bank turnaround of Shinsei Bank in Japan.
Steve is a frequent presenter and lecturer around the world on various subjects. He co-authored a five-year
China IPO study and has been frequently published on topics including working capital, investing in China and
capital collaboration. He holds an EMBA from the Helsinki School of Economics.

continued as a postdoctoral researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
He is now vice president of ZTE Corporation, where he is in charge of strategy planning. Prior to that, he was
the CEO of ZTE (USA). He was in charge of the standardisation activities as well as marketing in North America
and Western Europe.
He was previously the senior director of the Corporate Technology Center, ZTE Corporation. He was responsible
for the company’s strategy planning, technical marketing, strategic cooperation in developed markets, and
basic research on the Internet and platforms. He was also the deputy general manager of the Mobile Products
Division and developed the technical marketing of UMTS products.

Charlie is the Project Leader for blueprint. He joined Swire’s Management Trainee Programme in 2012 and has
worked in Marketing, Retail and Hospitality departments within Swire Properties in Guangzhou and Hong
Kong. Prior to Swire, Charlie worked in Beijing for Baidu and Groupon. While developing digital marketing
projects last year, he came up with the idea for blueprint as a way to attract exciting people and innovative
ideas into the Swire Properties office portfolio, thereby enhancing the Swire Properties brand.
Originally from Los Angeles, Charlie graduated from Harvard (BA) with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa
honours. He received a Gates Scholarship to pursue a Masters degree at Cambridge University, where he
studied Economic Development with a focus on China; he graduated with highest honours (MPhil). Charlie

outcomes. She is keen on building and sharing knowledge from the practical angle whereby new ideas and

Winnie is currently a doctoral candidate in Public Administration at the University of Hong Kong. Having gained

currently serves as Board Director of PMQ, Member of the Design Council of The Federation of Hong Kong Industries,
Hong Kong Brand Development Council, Advisory Committee on Design, Licensing and Marketing of the Hong Kong
Trade Development Council and the International Advisory Committee of The Jockey Club Design Institute for Social
Innovation. He also serves as Chairman, Design Faculty Advisory Committee of Technological and Higher Education
Institute of Hong Kong. Other public duties include chairmanship or membership of a number of professional
management bodies and service organisations. Dr Lee received his PhD in biotechnology from King’s College

Dominic Allon is Google Hong Kong’s Managing Director and is focused on helping Hong Kong get the most out
of the internet.
Previously, Dominic spent seven years working for Google UK where he transformed media agency
partnerships and worked closely with the government and trade bodies to maintain digital advertising
self-regulation. He also pioneered the Squared programme, a groundbreaking industry training initiative that
is now scaling globally.
Prior to Google, Dominic worked at The Economist for seven years on international sales and business
development.
In 1999, he undertook an MBA at Imperial College, London having spent the previous three years at successful
publishing start-up Student Pages, sold to DMGT plc.

for their development.
His most recent publication is Agile Innovation: The Revolutionary Approach to Accelerate Success, Inspire
Engagement, and Ignite Creativity. Having been a highly successful international venture capitalist and
entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley for more than 30 years, he brings a unique perspective and insight to Hong Kong.
Professor Po Chi Wu holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and Bachelors degrees in

Sam Gellman

Sam Gellman has played a lead role in Uber’s expansion into the international markets. He spent 2012 building
up Uber’s European presence, running the launch of Uber’s international headquarters in Amsterdam and
leading the London office for its first six months. In 2013, he moved to Asia as Uber’s Head of Asia Expansion.
Initially, he ran the operations in Singapore and has since led the company’s build-out into 25 cities across Asia
from New Zealand, to China, to Japan. He is currently the General Manager for Uber in Hong Kong and oversees
operations in Taiwan and Macau. Prior to working at Uber, Sam worked for Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong for six
years, running Asia Derivative Research. He is a 2004 graduate of Stanford University with a major in
International Relations and a minor in Computer Science. In his spare time he likes learning Cantonese and
building a small travel photography business.

Aaron Au is an all-round Certified Public Accountant.
As a born adventurer, Aaron went to Vietnam to start a greenfield project in the early 2000s. He returned to
China in 2007 and left his group to join a private entrepreneur for a turnaround project. He successfully sold his
company in 2012.
Aaron has received a lot of awards during his career. He was lauded for enhancing the image of Mercedes Benz
at retail level in Vietnam and was praised by the ex-President of the USA, George W. Bush, for his excellent
logistic work on the president’s trip to Ho Chi Minh City.
Aaron is also enthusiastic about sports. He finished the 100km “trail walker” event in 25 hours. Aaron and his
hiking team like to travel around for their sport. They finished with Mt Kinabalu, Mt Fuji and a volcano climb in
New Zealand. You might bump into Aaron and his friends in Peru one day.

Andy also founded Darizi.com, a Web 2.0 wedding portal for China. This unique, personal, online wedding
planning tool allows couples to choose exactly what they want for their big day. In 2008, Andy founded Hot

several start-ups.
Andy graduated from the University of British Columbia and acquired his EMBA degree from The Chinese

Donald has worked in North America, Asia and China. He is familiar with both public and private projects
financing, procurement and implementation methods. Past projects have included housing, hotels, resorts,
retail malls, offices, exhibition centres, airports, schools and urban infrastructure.
Before joining Nan Fung, he was Director of Foster and Partners and the Authorised Person – Architect for the
Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal (HKIA Silver Medal Winner) and the majority of
infrastructure projects at the airport.

Kelvin received his bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He
also obtained a postgraduate diploma from Osaka University of Foreign Studies, Japan.
