Well Sonam,
We are most certainly welcoming the new members and offcourse, there is no intention to hurt their feelings or toy with them..... All i meant, and in no offensive manner, was that AJ should leave the newbies alone as he has the habit of picking them and using his non-stop sarcasm. Since they won't understand why the remarks, that's why i said so....

My intention was only to be humorous, but if it was found acerbic, i apologize.
