hi Dudes,
I'm new here,i'm doin MBA with HR as specialization, rite now im doin my final sem project in a renowed Mnc at bangalore and my toipc is ROI in training. I need to evaluate ROI and for thiz purpose i need 2 prepare a questionnaire to evaluate Kirkpatricks level 3 & 5 and d 5th level is ROI.
Plz help me out in preparing questionnaire n calculation part. wat metrics /parameter should i include in d questionnaire to assess post training?

Hi..

I'm Nikhil, currently into my final year of MMS/MBA in HR.. Could you give me some more details for the same..

As to what is the organisation all about, number of employees, to which level of employees are you giving training (to whom)...

I think there are more detials required to make the questionnaire.. as it differs at all the levels & also different for different kinds of training..

So if you can pass on the information, may be i will try to help you..
