Help with Essay Critique

Hello,
i am looking for HIGH LEVEL Critiqueof MBA Admission Essays for Foreign Universities on regular basis.
I shall send you Essays by email and u Critique the Essays and send them back to me by return email.
Would u be comfortable doing this, if so please mail us to take this forward.

Question:For getting admission in top 20, is it necessary (or highly recommended) to have senior level or middle level management experience instead of junior level experience?

Just curious to know what the GMAT spread has been for those who are applying to the top 20 business schools this year

Would submission of required material (an essay in my case) after the deadline necessarily mean am out of contention? How would the Adcomm look at this?
