hello and welcome friend to the MP world....
First of all friend i would like to know about the topic of your project as mutual fund is a huge topic in which direction are you thinking for your project...
else there are lots and lots posts out here in mp regarding mutual funds.. just check them too.... hope they would help you
friend please from next time do post your query in the query section as this is meant for introducing yourself and many of the people would not be able to know about your problem from here...
so if you post your problem in the help section then it would come across all the members of mp and they would surely provide the best information they have...

I wanted to know about mutual funds with particular referrence to ELSS.(EQUITY LINKED SAVINGS SCHEME).I am doin the project on SBI mutual unds with particular referrence to the Magnum Tax Gain Scheme.>

Well I do have some information regarding ELSS
