Help regarding management research project on company problems!

Hi guys,

I need help and some examples of management research projects on company problems. The scope of my project is:

1. background of the organization
2. identify 3 problems of the organization (e.g. leadership, motivation, communication, conflicts etc)
3. literature review of the chosen problems
4. determine the research method
5. analyze the findings
6. conclusion and recommendation

Is there anyone out there who can help me with this? I seriously have no idea on how to go about doing this project as I have never work in any organizations before..
