c...dude...thr r around 3-4 call centre detaild projects on the forums...search aaram se... u wil find thm... secondly... u can vist 3G, Intelenet, IBM Daksh, Epicentre, JP Morgan... all these hv offices at Malad Mind SPace..
 
hey i recently did a project on hr policies in call centre's but i dnt hav d soft copy cause my prof jus wanted few examples of hr policies n what r d policies so i did it on icici phone banking its a phone banking n icici one source is also der which is 5th in standings neways its a very simple concept y u taking it seriously..yeah cause its 4 100 so jus put d hr policies n visit ne call centre they will welcome u......so start thinkin over it now

hey dude,

I can give u some insites which I hope may help you. 1st of all find a source of reference to the HR feild.
Call centre HR concentrates more on Training & development cause thts the main criteria.
They work a lot on Employee Relations. Talk to employees and ask them u will get a lot on insites.

have you decided on the index or the topics you will include?? if u havnt, lets see if I can help.
-History of Call centres.
-The recruitment Process of call centres.
-Various employee relation programs.
-Training Processes.
-HR practices in most call centres
-Difference between the practices in India & abroad with respect to Call centres.
- 1 case study, in that take a company giving full history, when it started, no. of employees,etc. Interview HR manager and the employees there, and write a report on whether whatever the HR team is perceiving, the employees are receiving, and what would you do as Hr manager there.

Hey friend, as we know that hr is very important department for any business or company for managing the healthy relationship between employee and various workers. Well, i am uploading a document where you would find a project on HR in call centers as you asked for that.
