Hello ppl out here... my topic for 100 marks TY project is employee relations. well i need sum help urgently on the same. soo I wud b grateful if sum one can provide me wid sum links or sum info in ne form...

well asvatthappa is good for theroy...but if u need practical know-how.....try getin appointmnet sin few companys...and u can question the PR n the employees.
 
well u can take our Example..i mean MP....

you all get paid over here hence you all are Employees of MP in a way.... now you can write your experiences on MP ......dont think this as a joke.....but it is that you should consider yourself a part of this organisation
