hello friends im doing project on e recruitment in Bosch @ nasik plant... currently they having manual proccedure for recruitment... they wil new system in july.. my project guide told me u first study our current proccdure of recruitment n then u study rms system i.e. e recruitment.. then u study how the change management system of recruitment so what is my objective for this project n what n what methodology i select for this project
