Hello people. My topic for final year BMS is Employee Relations.. I would like to get some comments from people at mp.. It would be really helpful for me if any one is able to suggest me some sites from where i can get some concrete info abt my topic. Please help me out!!!!

hallo apporv

listen ur topic is on HRM and for such topics first of all yu need to know your basics clearly. they should be cyrstal clear. EMPLOYEE relations as a topic is quite vast i would suggest you to go on with it but be a more specific and preciseas to what arena or aspect of employee relations you need to highlight. i think doing so will be easy and intrseting. taking a vast and general topic will give a hard time during viva. now you concentrate on this if yu like my suggestion.
also if i can suggest some specific topics so that you can think for yourself:

EMPLOYee RELATIONS:
cOMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES
JOB SATISFACTION LEVEL
SEPERATION ........ ETC ETC
