Helios derives its name from Greek Mythology, wherein the Sun God was personified as Helios. The Sun is also the oldest form of telling time. The same name was given to the son of one of the Titan’s in Greek Mythology. An Apt name for this new venture from Titan industries Ltd.

The watch industry in India is estimated at Rs 25 billion. While the overall market is growing at 5 per cent per annum, the premium to luxury market is growing rapidly at an astonishing rate of 35 per cent.

HELIOS was the Titan god of the sun. He was also the guardian of oaths and the god of gift of sight. Helios dwelt in a golden palace located in the River Okeanos at the eastern ends of the earth. From there he emerged each dawn driving a chariot drawn by four, fiery winged steeds and crowned with the aureole of the sun.
