Head v/s Heart

hi guys as you known that we are management students n we r usually known for are smart brains.
wat do u feel is right?
 
To quote the words of Walpole's from a letter to Anne, Countess of Ossory, on 16 August 1776, “This world is a comedy to those that think, a tragedy to those that feel". I too do adhere the same, but to throw out morality and clinging on to brain-templates are suicidal. As said, "man is a mystery, not a mechanism" and at-times the heart is more heavier than the brain and may be the cause of a rethinking of "what you are?:what you were?:what you want to be?: and what you ought to be?". Your future remains on the analysis of what your heart says to these questions. If your heart gives you a positive stroke you will just boom to your success in all aspects or else you can take the other side of the coin.[/B]
 
Well i would like to work with a balance of head and heart. Heart is necessary because it make our emotions and make us human at every place and head is the one which give us intelligence and power of critical thinking. We must work with emotions but don't get emotional. Still at last 4 me heart is more important.
 
If we use only brains in corporate world , we would be like manager with emotions . Brains , coupled with heart allows a leader to take a balanced decision
 
Brain looses its strength after a certain age...so does heart.. But it will be your companion till the last moment. My vote goes for heart!
 
In my opinion , we should use brain rather than heart in most of the situations. Definitely , we should not sacrifice our morality in taking any decision but we should not be emotional in taking such decisions.we should remember that " Head strengthens bt Heart weakens"
 
ya i think working with brain is much more important than heart..
bcoz heart sumtimes make you emotinal due to which u would not be able to take d right decision...
 
don't let your heart rule on your brain once heart rule on your head then you will be trouble and lose your progress etc....
 
I think Heart gives a response that will be ethical and emotional ....... and brain will give you a more logical decision.........

to be a good Manager on has properly maintain a balance between both ....... and come up with sensible solution.......
 
Management decisions are intellectual decisions but they too need a creative thinking. We cant just apply the principles of mgt. in their rigid form. Every member interprets its own meaning of principles and apply in its manner
