HC allows petitions challenging MBA, MCA admissions (New Kerala)
Chennai, Jun 11 : The Madras High Court has allowed writ petitions challenging the orders of the Anna University and authorities by which the admission of students/petitioners to the petitioner institutions for MBA/MCA course was not approved for the academic year 2008-09 on the ground that they did not attend the entrance test.
