[/b]I did engineering from nit Allahabad thereafter I did job for two years in Bharat petroleum and now I have completed 1 yr of my post graduate programme in management and one year is left.
2. What is management according to you?
How to utilize man and machine in the best and optimum way. it is also about relations and managing people.
3. What is your philosophy towards work?
Smart work is more important than hard work .god help those who help themselves.
4. Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date?
Good work never goes unnoticed
5. What motivates you to do your best on the job?
My belief in myself and God
6. Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job?
I believe in work hard and party harder so when I work I work unaware of the distractions and when it is party time I enjoy fully so all parties be it small ones or big ones I enjoy fully .If you specifically want on the job then we use to conduct mock fire drills they use to be quite exciting..
7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable?
How you spend those six digits salary and how ethically you earn that salary will justify the earning of that salary
8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations?
At places it is and at some places there needs to be done updatation.
9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?
Make sustainable development and environmental consciousness a part of curriculum
10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world?
At the time of entry it may matter but afterwards it is his or her hard work that matters
11. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?
Work hard and work smart, believe in God.
12. What are your views on the Entrance Exams for Professionals courses?
IN India till there is mismatch in supply and demand of education we will have entrance tests.
13. What do Corporate expect from MBA professionals?
Knowledge of basics and good communication skills.
14. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA?
MBA is beginning not the end
