Hard Working or Smart Working.....

In a competitive atmosphere every worker should be smart rather than a hard worker.
In the corporate world everyone will be given a target that he/she has to achieve with in a stipulated time. After the time gets over the organization then will ask for the result not how u have done it. You might be hard working but at the end of the day if ur results are not up to the mark then you will be rated as below average performer though u have put ur efforts in it. On the other hand someone who is not a hard worker but a smart worker achieves his/her target within the time stipulated to them. At the end of the day he/she will be a good performer but you will not.


Hard-working results in Smart working. Without hard work u can't becum a smart worker.

Smart workers always try to improve their performance adn hence will be able to overcome situations, overall they also have an attitude to make a difference, on the other hand hard workers are bogged down when they are not able to come out of a particular situation.
 
I definetely gonna support the Smart working guys, b'coz they are having a clear picture of their aims and objectives and they also know how to achieve their goals. They, first make a plan of what is to be done, and work upon their strategy made. Achieving goals also require hard work for them.
On the other hand, in most of the cases, Hard working guys seem to work hard without knowing about the short-cuts and the consequences of their hard-work. Only doing hard work and hard work is like a WILD GOOSE CHASE, and nothing else. Percentage of Success is very less in this case.
So, I am in favour of Smart working guys, b'coz, if u have to survive in the modern world, and if u have to compete in the modern competent environment, then surely, u have to be smart and fast.
I hope that u have understood my point .
 
From my point of view the effort we make for getting success should be hard and the way we choose should be smart with the positive attitude. But when negative thoughts come in mind all hard work is wasted so we should be smart and positive then do work hard.
