Harbhajan says Bhangra langra hay

This probably explains why he has been finding it increasingly difficult to steer himself clear of controversies.

The first that was heard was racial slur on Australians Andrew Symonds.

The next which was heard was a slapping fellow cricketer S. Sreesanth in full public view.

The next was imported Hummer vehicle without a registration number.

The next which was ramp walk with his hair down.

And now he say Bhangra langra hay (i.e.Bhangra is handicap).

Is Harbhajan trying always to ensure that he gets some piece of headline
or he does it to avoid his bad performances.

Seems as if Harbhajan has nothing else to share apart from his controversies, this guy like too be in news for any sort of foolish work and ends up saying sorry but repeating them again in a new manner. I think if he continues in the same manner he will surely loose his fans.
